We suggest redefining the categorization based on the working method or the specificity of the cut. It is essential to recognize that even a left-handed operator might find the use of a traditionally "right-handed" knife indispensable for performing specific cuts that require a certain angle or movement. The same principle applies, of course, to the right-handed operator who might need a "left-handed" knife for analogous tasks.
